With our help, you can do it. You may find the thought of setting up care at home for yourself or a relative scary. Nobody understands and everyone tells you it is too difficult. We take the fear and pain out of it. We find the right people for you and set you up with everything you need to deal with engaging carers. We set up systems for ongoing management of care and liaise with other health professionals as needed. Dealing with practicalities isn’t the only thing that matters It can be very lonely for everyone involved when a life situation changes. We are sensitive to that and don’t just disappear once everything is set up. You can choose a support option that suits you and your circumstances. It may include regular meetings with you and can include events for your carer(s) to make them feel part of a team. No two people are alike and our job is to help you achieve the right balance, so that life carries on as normally as possible for all.
