Most people with a long term condition wish to control who helps them when and with what Whether you have been allocated a personal budget to organise your own care or you have to use your own resources, you still have to find the right kind of people to assist you. No-one likes strangers or people they don't like looking after them, so it is vitally important that you get on with the people who help you and that is where we can help. We find or identify who might suit you and choose with you a team that will come at the times that suit you. They will then work with each other so that holidays or emergencies are covered within the team. The important thing is that you stay in control over your life.
