	As you come through the conservatory sliding doors lead you into the lounge / dining room where you can relax and watch TV or play one of the house DVDs. The dining area seats four and there is local information on the dresser about where to eat out and where to visit in the area.	The kitchen is fully equipped with washing mahine, oven, gas hob, fridge/ freezer, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and all essentials.
Upstairs, the bedroom, which overlooks the lounge, benefits from natural light from the roof window. There is a radio and plenty of room for clothes and accessories in the drawer units and large fitted wardrobes, and dressing table.		Bedlinen and towels are provided for two, with spares in the airing cupboard in the bedroom. If you need to sleep three, or four, we can provide one or two full length fold-out beds with bedlinen and extra towels.
The lilac bathroom is just outside the bedroom off the top landing of the stairs. It is always lovely and warm even in deepest winter. The shower is electrically heated and even has a fold down seat if you want to relax! There is a toilet of course, not in view in these pictures.		There is room for one fold out bed on the floor at the foot of the main beds in the bedroom or one or two in the lounge / dining area. They fold up into pouffes for extra seating during the day if you wish. Soaps and shower gel are provided in the bathroom and there is a hairdyer in the bedroom
